01General Terms

The terms and conditions set out in this document form a legally binding agreement between the baji aps platform and its users. By accessing the site and creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

baji aps reserves the right to amend or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the new terms.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all products and services of baji aps — including casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, and any digital services. The same terms also apply to mobile app users.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

Although this document is written in Bengali, baji aps may publish translations in other languages if needed. However, in the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version will be considered final.

02Account Registration and Membership

To create an account on baji aps, the applicant must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this rule will be closed immediately.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Creating an account with false information is a breach of these terms, and such an account may be cancelled at any time.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating more than one account by the same person is prohibited. In such cases, all related accounts and any funds held in them may be cancelled.

2.2 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. If any unauthorised access to the account is detected, the baji aps support team must be notified immediately. Sharing your account with anyone else is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

baji aps may request identity verification from a user at any time. If identity cannot be confirmed through a national ID card or other valid document, account activity may be restricted or suspended.

03Financial Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals on baji aps are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In special circumstances where identity verification is required, this time may be somewhat longer.

3.1 Deposit Policy

For each deposit, the user must select the correct payment method. If a deposit is made with incorrect details, that transaction may not be processed and there may be a delay in receiving a refund.

04Bonuses and Promotions

baji aps offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning a total of ৳24,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,200 bonus.

Each bonus offer on baji aps has its own terms. It is important to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games, as stated in the terms of each offer
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• It is not possible to use more than one bonus at the same time
• baji aps reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• Accounts may be actioned in cases of bonus abuse or manipulation

4.2 VIP Programme Terms

The baji aps VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's activity on the platform. baji aps reserves the right to make decisions on this matter as needed.

05Betting Rules

Specific rules must be followed when participating in sports betting, casino games, and other products on baji aps. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error creates a special situation.

5.1 Bet Cancellation Policy

baji aps reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If an event starts before the scheduled time and betting is not closed
• If an event is cancelled or postponed and does not take place within the following 48 hours
• If odds are affected by incorrect data from a third-party data provider

5.2 Special Sports Betting Rules

For cricket matches — in BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international tournaments — if a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result will be considered final.

5.3 Responsible Betting

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji aps platform. Breaching these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Any attempt to manipulate game results
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account

09Technical Provisions
